5 Must Use Winter Bass Fishing Baits To Catch More Fish

In this video I go over 5 different styles of bass fishing baits you should be using to catch more bass during the winter period.

The lures I have described in this video will be very different when it comes to fishing them in the open water or even in heavy structure or vegetation during the winter period.

Winter bass fishing can be a trick but very rewarding. Throwing certain lures will catch bass in winter and other baits won’t catch bass.

The crank bait selections are very different because they cover all water columns and all different types of cover that will be beneficial to catch those winter bass that are not willing to eat lures.

The swim bait selection covers bigger presentations like huge glide baits to soft paddle tail baits that come in different sizes. The big swim baits will be awesome fishing in shallower water near cover. The paddle tail swim baits will work better in deeper water where those winter bass are going to look for warmer water.

A Trick worm can be fished in many different ways but the shaky head and neko style are my presentation of choice for winter bass that are going to be hugin the bottom of the water to get the warmer water.

The senko is still my all time favorite and I will throw this year round. Wacky rigged or even as a Texas rig. the texas rig covers the deeper water and the wacky rig will cover shallower water and shallower structure in the winter time.

The drop shot and the ned rig are the ultimate finesse presentation and are the rigs I will most probably be using the most of to catch those winter bass. I will mostly fish these in deeper water.
