I love this stuff. A 7th grader from Center Grove Middle School Central in Indiana named Heath sent in a question for a project he was doing for his LA class. Heath had three questions:
– What is the proper technique for spinning?
– How far should he be standing in the discus circle?
– How do you get maximum distance in your throw?
