Twist and Tilt – Increase Shoulder Turn in the Golf Swing

Keep knees and feet together. With hands on your shoulders, rotate to one side as far as you comfortably can. When you feel like you start to be restricted, stay rotated, and tilt to the opposite side, shoulder towards your knee. Breathing out during the rotation and tilt can help to increase the mobility. Tilt 3x to each side and repeat 2-3x on each side or as needed.
