PGA TOUR veteran Billy Andrade joins Great Dane Nation | Episode 31 | April 7, 2021

Former PGA TOUR golfer and current PGA TOUR Champions golfer Billy Andrade joins Morten Andersen on “Great Dane Nation” to help us get ready for the 85th edition of The Masters, reminisce on his amazing career in golf, and give us his favorite to win golf’s biggest major in 2021.

The four-time PGA TOUR winner talks about being frequently paired with Tiger Woods during his absolute apex, and why Tiger would be “God-like” if he were able to return to golf after the injuries he sustained in a brutal car accident earlier this year.

Billy talks about his first of six appearances in The Masters in 1987, and why a college golfer from Wake Forest was paired with the great Arnold Palmer for his first round ever at Augusta National. Billy also talks about forging lasting friendships with the likes of Bill Murray and Sandy Koufax.

Billy talks about growing up in Rhode Island, and why growing up in a cold weather climate actually helped better prepare him in his golf career. He also tells us why the PGA TOUR needs to ditch the USGA rules, and have their own set of rules like every other professional sport in North America.
