Over Rotation Is Bad For Consistency

Over rotation in your golf swing is bad for consistency. When you’re hitting wedges 70% of shoulder term would be great. When you’re hitting full swing perhaps 85% to 90% would be good.

Try and hit in your wedges at 70% shoulder turn and see how consistent your contact is! You will be pleasantly surprised!
