Mental Golf Tip – Pre Shot Routine

Poor shots come from a lack of clear focus on the shot we are trying to execute. Too many times whilst over the shot we focus on what we don’t want to happen rather than focusing where we want the ball to go.

By incorporating the think and the play box in your pre-shot routine, it will allow you to quieten the mind and focus on the target. There are many distractions whilst playing which as a golfer we tend to let or mind wonder. The Mental side of the game of golf has a massive part to play in helping us play well.
