I decided to have Reflex Marine Decking installed on my new boat. It turned out really nicely and I love how they put the Saltwater Experience and Tom Rowland Podcast logos on it. Recently, I had the opportunity to stop by their factory to learn more about the product and see exactly how it’s made. I was able to sit down with Bill Watters, who runs Syntec, the company that owns Reflex. I learned about how the company came to be, Bill’s other areas of expertise including cattle farming, and we also learned about Bill’s health complications and how he was able to overcome them.
