If you could go back in time and tell yourself one thing, what would it be? This is a fantastic ice breaker question, and an even better question to reflect on your growth as an athlete. There are players who are competing at the highest levels of the disc golf community with decades of combined experience. It wasn’t always like that for them, and they’ve put in countless hours of work and effort to get them to where they are today. But there’s always something that would have made the journey a bit easier.
So we dreamed up a new series to help as many new players as possible. I Wish I Knew This Early On… is designed to ask pros and experienced players exactly that. What do you wish you knew when you were first starting disc golf? This week’s guest is a stud who you might have seen on some Jomez recently, Gannon Buhr! Gannon is a 2x Junior World Champion, and odds are he probably throws father than 99% of the people reading this. His game is buttery smooth, and I am thrilled to have him on the channel.
