Here are just a few strength training exercises you can perform at home. This is really aimed at those golfers who do not participate in any strength training already and/or those who are looking for some exercises they can perform at home with minimal/no equipment.

Exercises include:
1. Push Ups
2. Box Squat
3. Split Squats
4. Cobra’s
5. Arabesque/SL Deadlift
6. Seated Band Row
