For 2021 we rounded up 12 eMTBs and headed to the desert of Greater Zion Utah to see how much better this growing genre of mountain bikes has gotten. We selected Trail category bikes with 150mm or less, rear wheel travel and Enduro, 155mm and more, rear wheel travel and picked our top 3 from each category.
We had originally planned on having roughly 16 bikes on test, but due to COVID-19 issues from shipping to availability, some of the bikes and brands we really hoped to have, just couldn’t attend. So stay tuned for individual reviews on those in the future.
