We started watching wholesale real estate videos from and big and small youtubers like Jerry Norton from Flippingmasterytv, Lili Thompson, Biz Matthews, Brent Daniels from TTP and every here and there we would watch some Max Maxwell and wholesale to millions. We tried soaking up all the info we could on YouTube and then decided to jump right in.
This is episode one of our series Deal or No deal where we use the Deal – n – actor to run the numbers to find a good deal
One of the most important things for us to learn is how to find deals without spending a lot of money on marketing. So we created a calculator to wholesale real estate that runs all the numbers we find most important to finding deals like renovation, price per square foot, comps, and if you think it needs anything else we also want suggestions that can make the Deal-n-ator better.
We’ll being going through how we use propstream to find comps and analyze deals and how we use Zillow, Realtor , and Redfin to find find distressed properties with motivated sellers. We working on this side were one deal away.
