Chest to Groin: Myofascial Release

If you sit A LOT during the day, like most 21st century dwellers, you’re putting your shoulders, hips, and low back at risk for injury.

To correct the terrible postures we assume throughout the day we need to stretch out the front side of our body and activate everything on the back side. This creates balance and stability throughout your midline.

Today we’re using the front functional myofascial line to help relieve the tension in your shoulders, low back, and hips. Once we are done stretching we get to activate our posterior chain to make sure we move with excellence.

Hold each stretch for 1-2min each. Enjoy!
