Why Some Squat Differently (TOES FORWARD VS ANGLED)

Should you squat with toes relatively forward or angled to the side? If angled, how far should you angle them? The answer is often, “It depends.” Today I want to share a quick case study of a patient I worked with dealing with hip issues because he was not squatting with the most optimal stance for his anatomy.
