In this goalie training session – only my 2nd in the full size goal – we do some basic footwork & handling, plus we use the Forza RapidFire Rebound Net to replicate crosses, where I need to move across the goal and save headers from my Dad… This was a sun session with the best saves towards the end, so please watch it in full – thank you!
