Just Another Low Carb Fat Head Pizza Dough Recipe!

It’s pretty dern close to being pretty dern good!

Recipe for a fathead dough for pizza! I modified it from the recipe I found except I added Xanthan Gum and did not use the yeast. Makes about a 10″ pizza dough.

Disclaimer: I am not great at making recipe videos! Some things you kind of have to adjust to make it work for you, like the cooking times. So keep on an eye on the crust and how long you cook your toppings! I think I may have cooked the toppings shorter or longer than the 10 minutes that I mention in the video. I tend to cook more by sight and smell then by exact time.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup of Almond Flour (GV brand from Walmart worked pretty good)
1 tsp of Xanthan Gum (Bob’s Red Mill works)
1-1/2 cups of graded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp of cream cheese
1 large egg.
Optional seasonings: garlic salt, Italian seasoning, etc to mix in with the flour for extra flavor.
Parchment paper
Baking sheet big enough for 10 to 12 inch pizza, if you make it round.
Oven preheated to 425°F (around 220°C)
Pizza sauce and toppings.
