Follow Along Full Body Workout For PAINFUL KNEES (Sitting and Standing) Beginner

This 20 Minutes full body workout is specially designed for people suffering from Knee pain. Be it from osteoarthritis or an injury.
We take you through a mobility routine and a strength training you can adjust to your needs.
We will go for 30 sec. exercise and 15 sec. break. You can choose in each exercise the variation for you.
With problematic knees, the worst you can usually do is not to move the knee. Our body are not made for sitting and resting. They get better with moderate but continuous exercise. But very often patients struggle how to integrate their physiotherapy exercises into their exercise routines. So here we are. Join us and get started today!! Do this workout twice per week.
