JIU JITSU CARDIO WORKOUT BODYWEIGHT & KETTLEBELL “FOLLOW ALONG”

This is a follow along workout based on Jiu Jitsu movements and techniques that includes bodyweight and kettlebell variations. I’m using a 25lb KB but you can use whatever weight you have. Or if you don’t have any weights at home, no worries! Follow the bodyweight version.
