In today’s video we are going to disassemble the Profile Racing Z Coaster and show you exactly how to adjust the slack. So far I am loving my new freecoaster but the slack was way to much for me at the 75 degree setting. I decided I wanted it to be at the 20 degree setting, which is close to what the freecoaster in my S&M Bike is at.

We cover some other changes I make to the bike such as adjusting the gearing. I am really excited on how this bike is coming together and feel like I am starting to get an idea of what the finished product is going to be like.

How long has it been since you showered? I showered yesterday. It doesn’t smell like it. Oh really when was the last time you took a shower? Last night. Yeah right. That’s a lie. Will you stand up though because we can’t really see you right now. You can probably come in front of the bike if you want. Move in there you go let me move this back a bit.

All right, okay guys so we are going to be doing a new update for you today on the McCoy AKA that Dennis McCoy Haro Master. We are not showing these yet. Okay you can hide those if you want. So we had got in the slack adjustment rings for the profile Z coaster so RL made those adjustments and we well those are for the BSD. We will cover those in a second. No I was saying for the Z coaster.

I’ll shut up go ahead. So RL made the adjustments for the slack on them and he also suggested the gearing which we are going to go over in the video. But before we get started we did get a cool care package from BSD yesterday. You wanna show them the rims? Yeah this is for the general build right?

Yeah this is for the BSD freecoaster that we have, it is not the new one. But this is for I think it is the West coaster or the Left Coast westcoaster. Yeah. We just want to have almost as little slack as possible for Eric so he doesn’t Dean his knees. And then the rims? Oh yeah. And these are really thick. Check these things out man look at the ribs on these. Look how thick that is. This is p

Should be here in the next week or so. I think I’m getting fat man. This shirt feels really tight. Well those ones do run pretty small. Okay then I’m not getting fat that’s good. And then of course as always before we get started don’t forget to like the video and subscribe to your channel if you haven’t already.

And as always visit rlosborn.com if you are interested in checking out our merchandise and stickers that we have for sale. All right is there anything you want to say before you start with the video? Man all I can tell you is I have been so deep on this bike man. I have never I’ve never gone this over focused on a bike before. But it is fun, it is really fun. Because the thing with this is it is coming out, every little change I make to it it gets better.

And it is a challenge. Nowadays trying to get the parts you want in this industry is really tough a lot of stuff I am having made. Especially with covid-19. especially with COVID. But you know what, flatlandfuel, Albe’s, Rideout Supply, JD Cycle Supply, these guys are, pork chop, pork chop.

Not only do they sell us, well they do sell us parts and some of them give us a little bit of a discount or whatever. They also search you know try to find some of the custom parts we are looking for a man that is I just couldn’t do without those people. So. Yeah I can it’s like I always say it’s really cool tight-knit Community. If I have any questions ever and I’m trying to find something just like with the blocks flyer. I just literally put a post out and within minutes there’s just tons of replies coming in all very helpful so it is really cool.

All right well I guess you guys know what we are going to be doing in today’s video now so let’s get into it. What are we doing. Just everything we were just talking about. We didn’t even talk about the Hub. Right because we are just doing the intro to the video and then we are going to start talking about it. Okay.

Okay man hopefully this will save you guys some time if you order this stuff so I got a z coaster. And you know profile, profile and BSD man they are like they just make good stuff man. It fits it works good there’s no problems. But profile, so I got a z coaster and a profile Hub in the front. And man the quality I just can’t tell you. I’ll show you some of the stuff but the problem was the gearing was too hard for a 26in so I had to order a new sprocket.

And the new sprocket only came in titanium which was fine with me but it was a 12 tooth. And that’s on there right now but I’m going to take it apart and show you guys what is involved in changing the sprocket and how clips work. They call them something. Oh slack cam rings.
