Perfectly planned Par at Golf Wing on the Golfzon golf simulator

In this episode of Cobe Life Simulator golf I demonstrate how golf can actually appear easy if you allow it to be. More often than not Beginner golfers find themselves in frustrating situations because they try to do things on the course that they realistically shouldn’t attempt. In this episode I totally remove ego from the equation, and play entirely within my ability.

It begins with me hitting the easiest Driver shot I can off the Tee. My natural shot shape with the Driver is a Fade. Although I’ve been working on hitting it longer and straighter. I can still hit a Fade with the Driver around 200 to 220 yards at will. Definitely not a shot worth bragging about. In this particular case I was looking at a dogleg right with water on the right hand side. As a Lefty that would allow me to hit my right to left fade in order to take the water out of play. Depending on how far I hit it, I would have a 5 Hybrid or 6 Iron left to attack the Green.

Always pay attention to how you are playing during a Round. Which clubs have have you been striking well, and which clubs poorly? Has your weight been on with your Putter? Should you choose to land it short of the Green and Chip up instead of trying to attack the Pin because you’ve been wild with your Irons? These are all questions I ask myself during a Round of golf. In this case my two most accurate clubs for attacking Greens had been my 6 Iron and 5 Hybrid. So no matter how much Fade I got with the Driver I should be left with a juicy approach. My Putter had been hot as well so even if my approach rolled out quite a bit I wasn’t worried.

Knowing what lies ahead should all be relatively easy given my skill set makes every subsequent shot stress free. This particular hole was one of the easiest I’ve played during the off season because I didn’t try to do anything difficult. When you are out on the course or in a Simulator you should try to make each hole as easy as possible. Even if it means bringing Bogey into play as a Beginner golfer. You will be surprised how often you succeed as a result.
