Mid Back Release – Ball; Help Relieve Shoulder, Neck and Upper Back Pain

Grab a lacrosse ball and an empty wall space. Find the muscle inside of your shoulder blade, near your spine. Do not press on the bones. Find a tender spot, and hold. You can bend your neck up and down for more intense release.
This can help relieve shoulder pain, neck pain, and upper back pain in golfers, as well as increase a golfer’s shoulder turn to help improve their swing speed!
