These are the very clubs I started with my first set of clubs as a junior, and wanted to get hold of a set and restore them back to their former glory. Your will see there needs to be a lot of effort put into restoring these golf clubs and ensuring they can be used again.
It did surprise me they still had the original grip and shafts in them, and as they were forged soft blades they have a number of stone chips so restoring them without removing their characteristics is going to be tough.
However I am up for this challenge.
There will be two parts to this project the initial preparation, filing, removing shafts and then the polishing finishing, reshafting and regripping.
