Q: My ball lay in the greenside bunker on Hole #9. My stroke carried the ball, and a lot of sand, out of the bunker. I did not feel or hear the clubhead hitting the ball more than once. However, it appeared that the ball was in contact with the clubhead longer than usual for a sand shot as the ball went way left from the initial direction of the swing. Is there a penalty for this?
