Golf Mental Tips – I Was Playing So Well Until ………

How many times have you heard yourself say those words about your golf game? You just can’t figure out how you can play so well for the first few holes and then your game just falls apart – well actually it is simple golf psychology really.

What happens is when you realise that your game is going really well you just want to keep that great score and so you change your mental golf game by playing cautiously and the more cautious you play the more your inner game of golf falls apart and not only your mental game falls apart but your body tenses up and so you are not playing as lose and free as you were when you first started. That is the short explanation anyway – just take a couple of minutes to watch the video and it will explain everything with a little bit more clarity!
