Tiger Woods was involved in a single vehicle roll-over car crash at around 7:12am PT this morning in the Los Angeles area. Tiger Woods was extricated from the wreck with the “jaws of life.” Tiger Woods was airlifted to the hospital and is currently in surgery with “multiple leg injuries.” Tiger Woods had to be cut free from his vehicle with hydraulic tools (i.e., “Jaws of Life”) after it rolled over near the border of Rolling Hills Estate and Ranchos Palos Verdes.
Tiger Woods was the only person in the car when the accident happened. A source told TMZ Sports that alcohol is not to be involved. This is the 3rd time Tiger Woods has been in a serious car crash. He was arrested back in 2017 after responders found him passed out in his vehicle after the accident.
Tiger Woods last PGA tournament win was back in October of 2019 when he won the Zozo Championships and prior to that he won the Masters in April of 2019. Tiger Woods has recently been rehabbing from back surgery back in December of 2020.
