Golfers: Be The Athlete…

Golfers are athletes.

Well, a lot of them are in the game today and with this kinda training you can be too!

Being able to maximise your potential through the movement and capacity of your body is huge if you want to see what you’re really capable of on the course.

So here we start with some explosive banded movements then level up the 2 of our favourite med ball slams.

Training with intent, building speed, power and rotation, is a big part of what we do – so if you wanna go out and smash it off the tee you might want to pay attention!
