The forehand is an essential disc golf skill for anyone who only throws with one hand, and today we’re going to dive into how to throw a proper forehand.
There are tons of videos out there trying to address this same topic, I know, but I believe they all start at a little too high of a level for someone really looking to learn the foundations of a good forehand.
