This week we are looking at carbohydrate rinsing again, but instead of conditioning this time we are seeing how it does with strength and resistance training. Garage Gym Athletes can incorporate carb rinsing easily with certain resistance training and muscle endurance training. Endurance and strength and conditioning training is still great for carb rinsing and can really see the performance benefits in your home workouts.
Then we have our next book review and this was a smash hit for the team. We reviewed The Art Of Resilience. This was great for any challenge or events are you are training for or if you want to increase mental toughness.
