OVER 50s FAT BURNING | FULL BODY | CARDIO HIIT WORKOUT. This over 50s workout has 10 exercises to 4 rounds. We will work 30 seconds on each exercise followed by a 10 seconds rest. THis over 50s fat burning workout has a warm up and cool down stretches. There are also alternative low impact exercises given throughout the workout. This over 50s fat burning workout is 30 minutes long.
