Hi I’m Matt,
I have a passion for golf and am a competitive long driver. I created the Max Speed Golf Programmes for people just like you and I. At the time when I first wanted to become a much better player, I did not want to invest in PGA professional lessons to improve my handicap, but if there was one area of the game I knew I could lower my score through, it would be hitting the ball further; a lot further.

I searched online and spoke to Golf professionals at my local golf clubs about speed training and what I should be doing to increase distance off the tee. I found hardly anyone had any information out there. I wanted an all in one programme for improving strength, speed and mobility which would turn into faster club head speeds and distance gained.

Through trial an error over the years I watched, learned and studied some of the fastest golf swings on the planet. It was through this and being a qualified Health & Fitness Professional myself I formulated a golf speed training protocol.

I have gone from a very average 106 MPH driver club head speed to an all out max of 146 mph club head speed (average 138mph).”
