MaxNoSleeves and I are using Levels Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) to track our blood sugar. This is our challenge to see what a beer mile does to our blood glucose. Since we have these wearables, of course we’re going to try carbs + alcohol + sprinting together. I’m excited to see what our metabolism does in real time with all those variables.
