Exercise Technique A-Z: Bent Over Row

The Bent Over Row is a fantastic exercise for the posterior chain (the back, glutes, hamstrings).

It’s important to work the posterior chain to balance out all the press up type movements involved in a lot of home training programmes, to keep your posture and shoulders healthy.

It can be done with a sandbag, kettlebells, barbell and virtually anything you can grip and hold.
