Finally got my hands on some of the “non grip” gloves & they will be giving me nightmares for the foreseeable future!
Makes catching a simple volley feel like trying to hold onto a bar of soap in a hurricane…
Fairly simple session plan, looks more like my match day warm up than anything else!
Chucked on some old training gloves at the end for comparison, definitely going to be using the non-grips far more often to make sure I don’t regain these bad handling habits!
