**Golfers** You heard from Lefty about how he’s training to add distance to his drive in 2021. He mentioned a few TRX moves he uses, so we put together this video with our resident golf training expert and TRX Master Instructor, Trevor Anderson (IG: @TA2Claps / @bettereverydayorlando), to show you how to perform the same moves (+ a few bonus moves) and add distance to your drive too!
Give these exercises a go every other day M/W/F over 2 weeks like Lefty talks about. Perform each exercise for 5 sets of 45 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest, or enough rest as needed in between sets and rounds. That’s a 40 minute workout! You’ll want to focus on taking your time with these movements because power and explosive training moves will come later in the program.
