SUB 2:40 MARATHON Training WEEK 2 – Nike VOMERO Speed & Long Run TEST + PROGRESSION RUN – welcome back to an early sub 2:40 marathon training week 2 episode and today we combine the nike vomero speed & long run test alongside a 12 mile progression run. We have front loaded this week due to christmas at the end of the week and had some really solid results. Today I take you through the workout itself, give you an overview on the vomero 15 after the long workout and talk about the structure of the week!
