Building stronger grip with 200lb gripper

In this video i would like to show how you can work the top part of the forearm (Brachioradialis) i am using a powerball metal series 200lb gripper to demonstrate the exercise. You can use the hold technique which i personally think is better then doing more reps , specially if you want to get a stronger hold. If you are having problem with lifting heavier in gym such as doing heavy deadlifts then this is the right exercise for you.
