Most golfers will tell you the IMPACT is the most important part of the swing. However, most beginner golfers and struggling amateur golfers do not know what IMPACT should look or feel like. Unable to create the necessary moves that would enable them to be better ball strikers, they struggle on frustrated with their INCONSISTENT ball striking.
The Golfing Machine book talks about “IMPACT FIX”. A way of pre-setting certain impact positions and feels that would increase a golfer’s chances of having a more desirable impact conditions. This makes sense, as EVERY expert golfer I’ve ever seen measured on force plates begins the swing with more weight on their lead foot, than their trail foot.
