Everybody knows the Golden Rule… “NO KICKING IN A STREET FIGHT” or.. “Don’t THROW KICKS IN DA STREETS” etc etc.. But I break down the pros and cons of the 3 best and most popular kicks in martial arts.. the Front Kick (Mae Geri), Side Kick (Yoko Geri) and the Roundhouse Kick (Mawashi Geri) and we talk about the Pro’s and Cons of each one for them in a street fight. Can you catch kicks? Can you sprawl? Can you fight a boxer? Fight a wrestler? There are so many implications that come along with this question, but here’s another video that hopefully helps clear things up!!
