I wanted to hit the ball as far off the tee as possible. i only played 6300 yard tees with Didi and White Fox in a competition for fun with the caddies. So we played a 6 ball jumbo flight. 3 caddies playing, the 3 of us and 6 caddies, so there was 12 people in the group

I wanted to see how golf is when you hit it longer from the wrong tees, similar to how Bryson Dechambeau hits it 340 from the 7300 yard tees. I had to take a step back though as my average was more like 285 for the day so 6,300 yard tees worked.
It’s clear that it doesn’t matter how far you hit it. It if goes in the water, you’re in trouble. If you three-putt or waste your shorter approaches, it doesn’t matter. You don’t merely hit it longer and score well immediately. Your game needs to be in order inside 150 yards. It’s science aka common sense.
