1. In a golf stance, position a stick horizontally at or below waist height, and drive the base of the stick into a wall with a double-overhand grip. 2. Maintaining the tension into the wall, drive the feet into the floor and work to rotate your hips away from the wall mimicking your golf swing. 3. Feel yourself working to push down and away to drive the hips up and across. 4. Finish with your arms straight and torso rotated away from the wall. 5. Complete the designated number of reps before repeating this process on the opposite side of the body.
