But how about picking the right real estate agent? There are 5 specific strategies we used to sell my clients home and set a sales record in their Scottsdale neighborhood.
#1 Make sure you align yourself with a realtor who has a deep understanding of the market in which you live, as well as the surrounding communities. It’s very important to know about the closest schools in Scottsdale, or the trendy restaurants (Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter) as well as golf courses, access to freeways and so much more. All those highlights in your neighborhood make your home that much more attractive!
#2 Open Houses – Don’t underestimate the importance of showcasing your home to the public. Real estate in Scottdale is a numbers game, the more eyes you have on your home, and the more people who walk through the higher likelihood you have of selling your home quicker and for a higher price point.
