In this video I show you the most amazing at home leg workout to grow your booty. No to minimal equipment is needed. Let’s smash December!

02:00 Workout Starts

Material Options:
– Body Weight (BW)
– Kettlebell
– Pull Up Bands
– Hip Circle
– Regular Bands
– Dumbells (DB)
– Water Bottles/Jug
– Ankle Weights

WORKOUT

Warm Up Triset
Do three exercises back to back, take 30-60 seconds rest and do it again.
2 * 15 BW Kickbacks
2 * 15 BW Fire Hydrants
2 * 15 BW Glute Bridges

Simple
Take 30-60 seconds rest between every set.
4 * 15 (Banded) Kickbacks
4 * 15 BW Single Leg Glute Bridges
4 * 15 Weighted Stand Up Squats
4 * 15 Straight Leg Deadlifts into Standing Hipthrust
4 * 15 Kettle Bell Swings
4 * 15 Lunges

Burn Out Exercise
3 * 15 Each Side (Banded) Lateral Walks
