Todays class was a Fitness Pilates standing class with warm up and then a gentle core connection flow. Working on the whole body stretching, balance, core stability and general strength. We finish with using the chair for support and to aid with the stretching.
Please check with your doctor if you have any injuries or underlying health conditions before you exercise. but if you are fit and well I hope you enjoy this workout.
