Hello there Fit Golfers! Earlier this year I partnered with Golf Magazine / Golf.com to create a series of workouts you can do at home with common household items! Today we will be using a water gallon for a full body workout that will help you hit longer drives at the golf course.
Exercises and sets (Optional: 30 to 60 second rest in between sets):
Gallon Rotational Lunges – 2 or 3 sets of 10 repetitions
Gallon Mini Chops – 2 or 3 sets of 10 repetitions
Gallon Hip Hinge to Chop – 2 or 3 sets of 10 repetitions
