Maintain Perfect Posture In Your Backswing – Josh Zander

The idea of maintaining your posture during the backswing requires three things to happen: lowering your lead side, extending your spine and rotating your spine.

While these three movements seem complex individually, when you practice your backswing with a club across your chest, you can combine those three complex requirements into a simple move that will help you to feel the proper posture you should have during the swing.
