Hello! Welcome to episode 8 of the Golf Show

This week on the Golf Show we are lucky to have Ben Plaxton, Personal Trainer and Golf Specialist Qualified Trainer show Paul some exercises that golfers can do at home without any specialist gym equipment. The exercises will build strength and increase flexibility in the key muscle groups that will help golfers improve and avoid injury. Ben also explains how golfers can warm up before a round to optimise their performance.
