As one of the coastal golf courses located in the central region, BRG Danang Golf Resort has a combination of the beauty of the majestic Ngu Hanh Son, the East Sea, and Cu Lao Cham. All make a wonderful golf concert. This Danang golf club boasts the most beautiful seaside location on the planet, the first traditional style in Southeast Asia, with a wide stretch of sand, fast-rolling ball path on the pristine marine vegetation. The shape of the grass and sand dunes here are reminiscent of classic English seaside golf courses, and the surrounding areas refer to the acclaimed Sandbelt courses of Australia.
BRG Danang Golf Club is the first 18 hole golf course in the central region designed by golf legend Greg Norman. With 18 tough holes stretching along the beautiful Non Nuoc beach, BRG Golf Đà Nẵng is the ideal place for visitors to enjoy the great experience with golf and top-class services. Coming here, visitors can experience two courses on site: BRG Danang Golf Resort – Norman Course (former Danang Golf Club – Dunes Course) and BRG Danang Golf Resort – Nicklaus Course.

BRG Danang Golf Resort, Norman Course (former Danang Golf Club – Dunes Course) designed by Greg Norman is the first traditional seaside golf course in Southeast Asia. Interestingly, it offers an image of a Links golf course in
Scotland thanks to its natural topography: near the sea, few trees, and almost no natural lakes.
The Dunes course designed by Norman takes advantage of the sandy soil of Danang beach to create a unique challenge for every golfer. At this Danang golf club, its fairways are spacious, very few waters interrupted, and no out of bounds. Also, the selection of Indonesian Bermuda grass for tees & fairways adds to tightness & firmness for the terrain. However, abundant bunkering sculptured into vegetation & various natural waste areas makes the game difficult. To get the score, players need to carefully place shots to pin on undulating greens. Besides, casuarina pine-lined fairways accommodate lost balls, so a punch shot may be a good idea to bring the ball into a safe line.
When it comes to the game, hole 6 with relatively dogleg par 5 is a noteworthy one. It can be either a satisfying or menacing experience. The hole requires a slightly uphill movement for the second shot to carry giant bunkers guarding the green. In addition, hole 6 is considered a par 3 signature hole with a length of 148 yards. This hole offers players a quite relaxing experience thanks to its scenic backdrop of the blue ocean and windswept uphill location. In general, both holes 6 and 16 are the ones most affected by prevailing wind from sea, so make sure you have the right selection of golf clubs while conquering these holes.
BRG Da Nang Golf Resort – Nicklaus Course
BRG Danang Golf Resort – Nicklaus Course is a new bulkhead-style golf course fashioned by Nicklaus Design. In 2018, the golf course appeared its first nine-hole course – Nicklaus Golf Course, which increased the scale of the hole offered at the Danang Golf Club. Two years later, in 2020, the new course has completed the total with 18 unique holes.
The Nicklaus Course offers players an excellent and enjoyable golfing experience, different from the game in the Dune and Ocean region of Norman course. Most of the course is located in lowland areas and a part of a floodplain, so the entire Nicklaus course appears as a highlight over contoured swamps and rice fields. Almost all the holes are located next to the Coco River, so the views from the golf course promise to be great of the surrounding villages and even Da Nang city. Of course, such a location facilitates a system of interconnected lakes & creeks scattered throughout the course. Water, in general, is the key feature of Nicklaus Course and creates a strategic playing condition as well.
