BARE FEET AND BAD READS CAUSE BOGEYS IN GOLF

Cobe Life on the course

Cardinal Golf Club

Golf Fails

In this episode of Cobe Life on the course you will see how even an accurate read on the Green doesn’t always work out. Even at a pristine golf club like Cardinal Redcrest things can be puzzling. What is especially bothersome is how my initial read was correct. The ball just decided it didn’t want to cooperate. Then on the comeback Putt I decide to ignore my initial read, and what happens? The ball suddenly decides to roll with the break. People sometimes wonder how a PGA professional can miss a 3 foot Putt. Well a perfect stroke, with perfect weight, and a perfect read doesn’t guarantee that the ball drops. There is no such thing as a perfect surface in golf. One little bump in the grass can cause a lot of headache.
