DB 1 Arm Half Kneeling Shoulder Press

PURPOSE
Increase strength in shoulders and triceps

POSITIONING
Half kneeling stance
DB held at the shoulder, in same hand as knee on the floor
90 degree bend at elbow
Overhand grip, palm facing forward

FORM
Press DB directly over your head
Reach full extension, return to start position and repeat

TIPS
Keep the core and upper back engaged throughout the movement
