Mandu Rice:
– 2 bowls of Bibigo rice
– 5 Bibigo Mandu boiled
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Toppings:
– Dried anchovies fried and tossed in sugar
– Sliced and fried ham
– Roasted Bibigo Kimchi
– 1 fried egg
Garnish with:
– 1 perilla leaf chopped
– 1 scallion chopped
– Pinch of sesame seeds
