Jentry Barton – How to IMPROVE your Power on Golf Shots

“If you are looking to get stronger in your golf game, the common misconception is that to get stronger we have to work our effort muscles, our arm muscles. In golf, the biggest and most important muscles to work is our lower body.

I have a great drill for you to work on, and teach you proper sequencing for more power and strength in your golf game. You are gonna start in this low lunge, just like this. Don’t let your knee hit the ground. Then jump up and out standing stable on the other side. So you are going to go here, just like this, and back and forth. All we are trying to do is get those lower body muscles working.”
